Not far from here I came across a cishet couple arguing outside a bar. The guy was a complete #disasterdude & had been berating his girlfriend for literally bullshit reasons. The girlfriend & I breathed & did a meditation together. We wished for him to be well & to be at peace. We asked him to breathe in & out, deeply, slowly, 10 times. Sadly, he wasn’t available for any of that, hopped up on cocaine & booze & with a nervous system that’s been damaged by repeated traumas.
