New Contact Lenses Update.
They are extremely comfortable and supposedly variable focus.
Unfortunately, these are no good at all for stargazing, but my crochet career could be very interesting
Just been fitted out with new contact lenses. I have never worn them before!
This is quite weird as I can now see incredibly well close up (which was the problem) and now I can hardly see a thing in the distance.
Not good! I can't see stars! I'M BACKWARDS!!!

Ah excellent! My order for socks from Step One underwear is due to arrive.
I've used them before and my balls were extremely comfortable, with all day comfort minus any hot sweatiness.
As luitennant Dan always said, look after the balls of your feet with great socks!
I was just reminimiscining about all the things I used to experience on social media.
One that makes me chuckle, is when people who I never interacted with before tell me they were unfollowing or blocking.
That's like gatecrashing a party and then telling everyone you are leaving 😂
My online activities have wained considerably. My love afair with social media ended when it went all bonkers, but I believe I'm ready to come back online in earnest and in style!
There are plans afoot with an invigorated online presence, which will knock your socks off!

My car has AI. I sometimes feel like I’m in knight rider.
I actually have a better conversation with it than I do my teenage daughter 🤣
Just take a look at the Christmas Coca Cola ad. Using AI was such a bad idea on such an established brand. Pretty lazy with terrible results.

It lack a soul and you need one to create. Perhaps it can be an extension of someone’s soul and I think that would work great!
Don’t get me wrong. AI is great as a helper or tool for doing repetitive things, or doing things on mass procedurally. But the real skill in the foreground comes from the creative skill of humans. That’s impossible to replicate and I think the big tech companies are starting to realise.

I love creating. I’m better at it than any AI and so are you!

An unexpected visit to the JR hospital in Oxford today with a poorly Mrs Astro.
Walking around the hospital, we couldn’t help but notice the oddest thing. A solitary and random picture of Ewan McGregor as Obi Wan Kenobi, looking a lot like Jesus. 😳
