Functioning UtK2 text editor, with the conversion result appearing in game

Added the button to allow choosing the file to decode through a prompt 🎉. For now, looks like the conversion process works, the encoded result is loadable in-game.
Only a little code cleanup and writing some documentation before making this version of the editor public.

More testing done with controlling vitals in UtK1. All works except for savato, where after all web phase, the vitals recap to 99, there's most likely a secondary condition to set the final vital cap, that's seperate from the initial one.

Found all the memory addresses for 99 capped operations 🎉. Capped runs of specific sections are now possible (like chap 6 or X ops only), will probably do one to check stability (make sure that modifying a value of one op doesn't crash the game later on for some reason)

More work done on figuring out the various flags in UtK2's text. Currently as long as file sizes are kept the same, and flags are swapped for an equivalent type (like Heinrich for Derek here), all seems to be working. Now just need to figure out all the other ones 🥲

Capping vitals to 40 and playing through 5-2 is terrifying. On a side note, i can't find where 6-2's vitals are hiding, i want to cry 😭. Side side note, UtK1 is surprisingly resistant to random changes in the ROMs values, only had a couple of crashes, and an instance where the game wouldn't start 🫠

& kb+m movement, still can't get this one to feel right :/

Slowly working on a practice tool for TT's EN6, got the model loaded & base movement setup for now, though pretty sure the orientation's wrong 😅

Seems like you can actually control the camera pan completely in UtK1, it isn't set to an immutable position. Kinda funny as there's only really one op where you can sort of move around the play field, and where having it setup like this would be useful.

Showcasing Under the Knife for Do All the Things on Friday (Saturday for EU), it's going to be a wild ride :)
Also may have gone bouldering the day before it, but it should be fine right. You definitely don't need hands to play the game :)
