By people in other countries for like a minute. I knew we were pretty reviled, but the level of hatred is jarring. But I have learned a few new things today thanks to social media:
1) Apparently it is the US’s fault for WWII and
2) Canadians aren’t as nice as I thought they were.

This is not what I imagined for my first post, but am I being too sensitive because I just don’t want to keep reading on social media how much every other country in the world blames us for every bad thing that has happened in history? I just need a moratorium on hearing how much we suck

I’ll have to look through my emails. It was something a vendor sent us. It was also a while ago. My employer doesn’t really like us using it that much. We did get a demo of Westlaws’s offering, but I don’t think we are adding it to our package.

I asked ChatGPT to summarize a specific Massachusetts statute about car insurance. I gave it the citation. It told me about breast feeding at work. Another time I asked for it to find the statute an article was referencing because no one hyperlinks to them. It sent me on a wild goose chase.

I am not a fan of any as of yet.

I mean, I’m not married nor a co-worker, but I have been known to frequent strip clubs with co-workers. Now THIS is something I could make happen. So, step 1: who wants to marry me? I’m accepting applications. All terms are negotiable. Step 2: get a job at the DoD. Anyone have a hook-up?

This is why I only listen to a few podcasts these days. I just can’t keep supporting comedians who have no education or experience in criminal justice or the law having podcasts about crimes. They make untrue statements that their listeners believe wholeheartedly.

Mine is fueled by Coke Classic and Little Debbie snack cakes. Cosmic brownies are the snack cake of choice today.

On the other hand, maybe he would have won if he hadn’t listened to George Clooney and Nancy Pelosi. At this point we can analyze the what ifs til we are blue in the face, but all it will do is make us angry at the wrong people.

There are Americans who understand it. Unfortunately we aren’t in the right headspace to discern it at the moment. Maybe give us 4 years?
