Looks like one of the Ragwort (Packera) species to me. Don't know if it's paupercula. I have a fair amount of it on my property near the southwest border of WI.

Our snow is all gone...I kind of miss it. Here's a snow scene, a watercolor of mine that is still available at Outside the Lines, an art gallery with a shop in Galena, IL and one in Dubuque, IA. It's called "Crow" and is around 12x21 inches.
