For a 3rd year, we’ve teamed up with Ruse Brewing to brew Sediments of Memory, a fruity, full-bodied, barely bitter, peach-colored Fresh Hop Hazy IPA with 600+ pounds of fresh citra hops from Coleman Agriculture. We crafted this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories as a binding agent.

Hop Butcher for the World recently invited us out to brew Bride of Pierogi IIPA. We love them, beer & pierogi so much we collabed again on Fresh Pierogi - a Fresh Hop Hazy IIPA w/ 600+lbs of Fresh Strata.

Pom Pilot is a bright, light pink lager with a wholeeee lot of Pomegranate puree.

Jump Scare is a roasty, toasty spiced imperial pumpkin stout brewed with 150lbs of roasted pumpkin. Just in time for the arrival of spooky season.

Fresh IPA was the first Fresh Hop beer we packaged. Each year, we take the newest, tastiest hops available & take them fresh off the bine to dump in a brew. Full of bright, zesty fresh Strata from Goschie Farms, Fresh IPA is releasing at the Pubs this weekend, available throughout the PNW soon.

The identifying characteristic of a Fest Beer is that you can drink a lot of it. And Half Liter, a Fest Beer collab w/ Stoup Brewing, is no different. Pleasantly earthy, crisply carbonated & reassuringly toasty.
