I will be presenting a paper based on my recent doctoral thesis to the War, Society & Culture Seminar at the Institute of historical Research in London on Wednesday 24th September 5.30-7.30. The event will take place both in person and online and attendance is free subject to prior registration.

Delighted to say that after a very enjoyable discussion with my examiners Dr Helen McCartney (King's College London) and Professor Alison Fell (Liverpool) I successfully passed my viva yesterday subject only to correcting a small number of typographical errors
