So angry, sad, and not surprised about the Supermassive layoffs. Frankly, all the layoffs. Since we don't punish decision makers for overhiring and/or sucking at risk assessment, companies will just keep resorting to the same way to balance things out. I'm so immensely tired.

This is outrageous. I know staff there have already been crunching for months, and now jobs are going to be lost in payment for their lost evenings/weekends? Thanks very much, management! Never fucking crunch for your company. This is your reward. Oh, that and the fucking pizza. Disgrace!
