Biblioteca Nacional in Recoleta, Buenos Aires & guardians #borges and #cortazar. Designed ‘61, completed ‘92. Remembered my ID (passport) this time so could go in, see insightful exhibitions (on prisoners/the disappeared & Argentine film) and drink coffee on a brutal balcony.
