Die Datenerhebung für die Studie zu Suizidalität bei autistischen Erwachsenen ist beendet. Es haben 600 Personen mit Autismusdiagnose teilgenommen, das entspricht der präregistrierten Stopping Rule. Ich habe nicht vermutet, dass das in nur drei Wochen gelingt. Riesen DANKE an alle Teilnehmenden! ♥

Nein, wir ziehen keine Schlüsse von nicht-diagnostizierten Personen auf Autist*innen mit Autismusdiagnose. Wir interessieren uns nur (in einem nachgegliederten Teil der Studie) dafür, wie stark Suizidalität bei Personen mit Verdacht auf Autismus (ohne Diagnose) ist.

Ich weiß nicht, warum viele nicht autistische Personen teilnehmen sollten. Personen ohne Diagnose aber mit starkem Selbstverdacht/Selbst-Identifikation dürfen auch teilnehmen - diese Daten werten wir getrennt aus. Falls du umfangreichere Fragen hast, ist es vermutlich einfacher per Mail zu klären

Es erfolgt keine Überprüfung der Diagnose, da die Studie vollständig anonym erfolgt.

I'm currently recruiting participants for my master's thesis on suicidality in autistic adults in Germany and there is a huge support by the autistic community. My preregistered goal is 600 participants with a diagnosis. In less than 2 weeks, I have 450 participants. Thank you all!
