"If you find that we're doing something illegal that's irreparable harm" is the kind of argument that judges are very, very annoyed that government attorneys make.

β€œStop the Steal” supporter, Ed Martin, was in the mob outside of the Capitol on 1/6.

If he doesn’t like your point of view, he threatens to investigate you.

He praises white supremacists who support neo-Nazi ideologies.

Tell your Senator to vote NO on Ed Martin’s nomination for US Attorney in DC.

Ohio voter here.

I just voted in our primary. When I arrived I was immediately confronted by a poll worker wanting my last name, so that she could direct me to the appropriate table for check-in. (I think this immediately put me on defense; in all my sixty years I’ve never had that happen.)

The β€œBiden Crime Family” was one of their greatest/lamest hits of the last four years. The β€œTrump Crime Family?” It’s radio silence.

Americans (usually wholesalers or retailers) pay tariffs directly when goods are received at port.

Then, the cost is passed all the way down the line to consumers.

NEW VIDEO: If there is one consistent theme in voter suppression, it is that Republicans hate students voting. Now, two advocacy groups and a student voter are challenging Indiana’s new law banning the use of student ID for voting.

You can’t say criminals don’t deserve due process when due process is the thing that decides if they're criminals. Otherwise you're just kidnapping people you don't like.

There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers.

Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.

The scale of corruption being perpetrated right now is almost beyond the limits of imagination. This is just one example, almost certainly not the greatest.

He went on: β€œWhen you hear about patients surviving stage 4 cancer because of immunotherapy, that was based on N.I.H. research over many decades. When you hear about sickle-cell disease being cured because of CRISPR gene editing, that was built on many years of research supported by N.I.H.”

Trump officials start dismantling civil rights offices, as part of DOGE’s secret plan Legal experts said that unwinding a civil rights-era bulwark designed to safeguard employees’ rights removes a crucial check on institutional power.

This is not an effort to roll back "DEI"

It's an effort to roll back civil rights

"Agencies across the federal government are dismantling offices that enforce civil rights and antidiscrimination laws...weakening the government’s ability to deliver on legal obligations to protect workers’ rights"
