Aging and Bias(4/x)
The congress age is far beyond the age of the citizen. Common problems the lack of understanding of new tech and science, a misundertanding of changing culture, and bias carried from decades ago. Proof a more equal age distribution is required. Equal representation is critical.

2 Party Problem(3/x)
A big probem as I see it is the limited numer of parties and the laws and regulations to influence power and keep others from the playingfield. Only two parties isolate the voting mass and then limit options. Even 3 equal parties then requires some negotiation.

Possibilities of repair(2/x)
Refining the government for example
. We need to accept many of the existant rules. An example of a problematic rule is the inequitty and exercise of religion as part of the government which is outside the realm. What affects your decisions out of the congress is fine.

Can we fix it? (1/x)
The constitution comes first and many of the other problems will be reduced or solved. New rules; read the founding documents: term limits of 2 per seat type: no stock trading, forced to read the bills: clearly defining roles, true transparency to citziens.
