As much as I safely can. Was once in a position where I knew there would be reprisal the second I gave notice. Did not give clients adequate notice as a result. Felt terrible, but we do what we must.

Struggling. Daughter in PhD program (chemistry). Lab was flagged for DEI (too MANY women). Separate from this, if they lose NIH funding, does she have to come home? Even cried with a petrified client in session last week (thank you ICE). World on fire.
