How about instead of troops, give the big cities (both blue and red) the federal money you took from their budgets plus the money you would have spent on troops so the cities can hire more police and make positive changes to the cities they want to improve. That would make sense.

My family member dreamed for years and years of owning a Tesla. He finally bought one two years ago. It was an older one that he drove hundreds of miles to pick it up. He got free charges forever; they don’t do that anymore. Today he sold it. He said enough is enough. I am so proud of him!
