Also profoundly disturbing is the fact that his cronies keep trotting him out on days when he's pretty much incoherent, because if he goes, the cult will fall apart. The cronies know he's unfit, has the nuclear codes, and is beyond dangerous, yet the lust for power and money is all that counts.
