Definitely go to both. I would recommend going to the Needles section of Canyonlands too. It is not as crowded as other areas of both parks.

Hi Barbara! Thanks the message. They are very close together but quite different. Canyonlands is mostly known for the incredible sweeping views. I prefer Arches with its amazing rock formations and immersive hiking trails. Both have wonderful flowers in the spring.

Hmm. Queen Elizabeth is much more cup shaped for me and has very little fragrance. That flower looks more like the Kordes rose Beverly which is strongly perfumed. The bush form will give it away. Queen Elizabeth is quite tall and not much of a spreader.
