If I’m wrong, we probably just won’t see much more of them at all apart from the Indian mother, and they’re meant to overrepresent the depressing placidity of the average person to social pressure. But I suspect these people have more complicated feelings they’re just hiding from scary Carol.

My take is that we don’t actually know them yet. There may be more to the survivors than Carol assumes because she made such a bad impression and pushed them away. We’re only getting this from her perspective and like with French Guy in this ep, they may have layers they’re not showing to Carol.

This is the first time I’ve completed a Pokedex since X/Y (the only other time I’ve bothered), and it’s the first time I’ve ever 100%ed any Pokemon game, inasmuch as that can be done. Real-time combat in 3D just hits different. This is all baby Jacob ever wanted from Pokemon. DLC SOON

The thing about AI anime dubs and AI Actor Tilly Norwood and AI music is just the fucking disrespect, this is what your industry thinks can replace you and it’s not even good. It’s not even a thing you look at with dread at how the computer has replaced Man, it just sucks ass lol it just blows

Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.

tl;dr: Only CEOs want this. Tell them how much you hate it. Be loud, email, call, @, post. You will kill this.

It’s infuriating to me that I need to evaluate media to determine whether it’s AI generated now. The great “time saver” technology wastes incalculable time and energy for people who want to retain their grasp on reality

Its not hard to make the choice to be kind. And being kind is *always* a choice in the same way some people choose to be evil, either outright or otherwise.

So choose to be kind — not nice — but truly kind for those who need it. Even if you dont know them. And definitely in spite of those who wont.
