And then all of a sudden, we had two pooches. Meet ‘Beans on Toast,’ or just Toast for short.

Harvest basket is back in use! I’ve been getting chives for a few weeks but tonight was our first kale harvest. Three different varieties. 🌱

A friend invited me over to make some little baskets today. Luckily, I remembered some things from my 4-H youth. I think this will be perfect for my herb harvests while I make dinner every night.

Biggest tomato year yet. I’ve got Pink Oxheart, Brandywine, Beefsteak, Martino’s Roma, Sprinkle Cherry, Marglobe, Jubilee, and Rio Grand Tomatillo. 🌱

We surprisingly had 10” of snow this past week. Can’t wait for it to thaw and get started.

We will see what happens! I’m in Southwest Missouri so I’m hopeful I will get some fruit by fall.

Eggplant, ground cherries, and celery are new for me this year.
