Rui on top of his native Japanese is also semi-decent at English. Tho it's far from actually knowing the language, due to his perfect memory he managed to pick up the meaning of some phrases in Ukrainian due to having to listen to Zoreslav at rare occasions

Zoreslav can speak both Ukrainian and Japanese, and also is decent at English. Tried also learning Polish and Chinese but ended up procrastinating

Shu knows natively knows Japanese, and tries to learn Ukrainian for his cousin. Knows as much English as it's needed for a decent grade

business and self-improvement reasons and not for the man he's in love with (Phi)

Most characters in the aforementioned OCverse can speak their native language+ English to various degrees, tho there are exceptions

As for other OCverses...

His sister, Nadiya, does also know a few languages, but not as many and as fluently

Null, just by the way they were created, can fluently speak most more known modern world languages lmao

Phi's a polyglot and knows like a shitton of languages, but the funny nuance is that because he came from the New World, he sounds like he's speaking a weirder version of what any given language sounded like 150-200 years ago. He does pick up on modern languages eventually
