I’ve tried to have a restful day but I really wanted to finish this birth notice for my niece… she’s 9 but I didn’t do cross stitch back then. Wanted her and her sis to have some heirloom pieces to have forever.

Having a better day, just very fatigued still. Work tomorrow for 3 days then I can rest again.

I need to learn that I deserve to be pain free, or as close to that as possible. I need to take the meds but sometimes I just feel I deserve to suffer. Mental health and physical health are so deeply intertwined
