Israeli airstrikes just hit the Syrian Ministry of Defence. That's the 4th capital of a neighbouring country it's bombed in 2 years: Iran, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon. This is on top of the decimation of Gaza.

Extraordinary. Police say "Free Gaza" is acceptable but "Israel is committing genocide" can get you arrested as it shows support for a proscribed terrorist group- Palestine Action.

"My inescapable conclusion has become that Israel is committing genocide against the Palestinian people. Having grown up in a Zionist home, lived in Israel, served in the IDF and spent my career writing on the Holocaust, this was a painful conclusion to reach."
