I always have my iPhone set to English (since most interfaces just look better because of poor localization for German) but it just feels way more convenient to talk to Siri in my native language.

Not that I would know what I would use Apple Intelligence for, but the fact that Siri and the iPhone need to use the same language is mind boggling.
