First time in 12 years running the SVR's Heart & Soles 5K! And I've gotten a little slower. That 17:04 at age 39 is roughly equivalent to an 18:43 finish at 51, so it's apparent how much vocal cord dysfunction is killing my performance now. Wonder if I can have my vocal cords surgically removed... 🤣

Every time I see this idiot referenced, I'm immediately reminded of his ill-fated Deadspin tenure and his stupid "unnecessary apostrophe" bit.

This is pretty cool... The snowmelt has revealed footprint fossils! 👣 These are from when I headed out to run on the snowy AM of 25 Jan.... Sleet subsequently fell & froze on top of my footprints, & these hardened areas are now melting more slowly than the surrounding snow & ice. Science! 🤓

I have a weird hypersensitivity to unexpected motion when reading/scrolling, so stopping autoplay is a must for me. And it's why I find Instagram utterly unusable. How hard is it to add an "autoplay off" setting, for god's sake?!
