if i catch up out er vet bills, next i want to start trying to do readings toward saving for a new bed that wont make our chronic pain worse or dislocate our shoulders constantly next. its been getting Bad.

i havent paid off his ER vet bills but i did have enough support to replace his meds and they should be here in a couple days. i dont know how to express what a massive relief this is.

or how nervous i feel with the bottle now tbh. hes been on these meds id guess 5 yrs & it never happened before.

im feeling really loved and held by my community this week 😭 thank you to everyone who has been being supportive of me in a multitude of ways as i dealt with the meds crisis this week.

These are still open and would help a ton - Juni's very expensive allergy meds that prevent him from needing the ER vet somehow fell into a water bowl overnight, got water in the bottle, and entirely dissolved. It's $320 to replace and I still haven't paid off his other ER vet visits yet. #mutualaid

im realizing people who benefitted from my patience for Things to Get Better Eventually tend not to be thrilled by this change also. but people who were saddened by watching people hurt me over and over again are so happy im no longer tolerating it indefinitely.

im learning to let go of what hurts me before it has been hurting me for 10 years and im proud of that growth even though it hurts

So... here's the thing. The worth of art is extremely subjective. But you can always go lower if you need to. Aim for way higher than 14/hr (you deserve to earn more than the bare minimum and art sales aren't going to correlate with When you worked those hours), and run a sale if you need to?
