Press into a pie plate.

Stir together yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Spread on top of crust. Top with fruit.

Eat right away or stick in the freezer. I like to freeze it and eat it for breakfast all week - let slices thaw about 20 minutes before eating.

No-Bake Yogurt Fruit Tart

Crust:
2 c nuts (I used pecans and almonds)
Handful of dates
Pinch of salt

Filling:
2 c yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla (I used TJ’s bourbon vanilla bean paste because it’s the best!)
Whatever fruit you have

Pulse crust ingredients in a food processor until mealy.
