Imagine walking into work & some outsider is waiting there to fire you as well as 9 out of 10 of your colleagues, has also copied private info about your students, colleagues, clients, and partners that is protected under law, and then stripped away your honors, awards and benefits earned? Imagine?

Good & competent leaders listen & observe first with intent to understand the what’s, how’s & why’s before making changes. Competent leaders implement change slowly, deliberately and with full transparency. Only corrupt, power hungry, arrogant, and incompetent people walk in and throw it all away.
