It’s important to know that a lot of productive activity is happening in person and offline, too.

Not all of it can be broadcast online, but we’ve had hundreds of people showing up to our trainings, mobilizations, and more.

Keep going. Tyranny is eroded by a sea of small acts. Everything matters.

The president can veto or support legislation. He can make recommendations to Congress. But he doesn't have the unilateral right to change laws.

Trump has very little respect for the rule of law & our Constitution. He is moving us toward authoritarianism.

We must stop him.

I think some people hear “grants” and think that without them, scientists and government workers just have less stuff to play with at work. But grants fund salaries for students, academics, researchers, and people who work in all areas of public service.

“Pausing” grants means people don’t eat.

President Trump: You do not stand for law and order when you give a free pass to rioters who attacked the police.

In fact, you are signaling that violence is okay and attacking law enforcement is acceptable behavior.
