it’s that time of year again 🍂🍃

Concept art illustration of a giant purple fish monster, based off an angler-fish. It is on all four legs with large claws on both front and back. It has vibrant pink gills around its gaping jaw, which has lots of sharp teeth. It has piercing luminous green eyes and large green fins that run down its back and on its tail. On its forehead it has a glowing green lure.

Concept ideations of the angler-fish monster, the same pose as the final illustration but in different color combinations. Below are 'chunks' of the monster, such as its fin, leg and lure, bisected to reveal the meat and bone inside to be used for crafting purposes.

Concept illustration for an old art test done for Dauntless. I didn't get the job, but I had a ton of fun designing this fishy guy, and the team was awesome and very kind (and it was PAID, which is rare!) 🐟
