Last Advent day!

Today has been a lot.
Max is up in Pensioner Land for Christmas and I have been preparing for tomorrow.

The last treats were a Terrine of fancy ham, and Max got a beef and mixed herb star

Advent day 22 and 23

I have been giving Max his daily treat and taking photos, I just suck at the communication bit.

I got some citrus pastilles and two fruit gels, Max got the bell and tree.

Advent day 20 and 21

Max still got his treat yesterday but I got distracted with secret Santa and forgot to post.

I got cheese waffle crackers, and chocolate covered pretzels, Max got the beef and mixed herb star and chicken and cranberry tree

Advent day 19

I got Smoked mackerel with samphire and Max got a kangaroo and apple bell.

He has been trying to help with wrapping all the presents but it confuses him.
He doesn't like the sound that tape makes, and isn't sure about the paper.
He does like the cuddle breaks though

Nice relaxing day with boardgames and boyfriend.

I got a jar of Apricot conserve and Max got a beef and mixed herb star.

Advent day 17

Today was chilli jam and Max got chicken and cranberry.

This year I made all the Christmas crackers with hand written jokes and better prizes. I finished them off today and I'm really proud of them

Advent day 15 and 16

I did yesterday's and forgot to post it.

I got toffee bonbons and chocolate shortbread. Max got a star and bell.

Turns out my overwhelming and escalating anxiety was from not having Seriquel for 8 days. It was in a different part of my packs that I normally don't use 🤡

Advent day 14

Update is late because I was spending the afternoon with my amazing sister and her new family

I got raw milk cheese and shallot cookies and Max got a chicken and cranberry tree

Advent day 13

I have had 20 minutes of sleep in the past 3 days and my parents decided to announce a surprise visit

On a positive note, today I got lemon gels which are basically a thickened lemon curd on rice paper and topped with royal icing.
Max got a kangaroo and apple bell.

Advent day 12

Very late today

I got a wine growers country terrine, perfect for the Christmas charcuterie board, and Max got a beef and mixed herb star.

Max knows when my anxiety is bad, so gave me his favourite ball and has been guarding me because he is a very loving boy

Advent day 11

Anxiety has hit the point of no possibility of sleep and frequent nausea, yay!

Not tired at all, which is dangerous but hoping some of it will calm down

I got pistachio nougat and Max got a chicken cranberry tree

Very late because we now have a knee high pool in the backyard.

Max was very patient though and waited until after dinner for his treat.

I got a jar of confit endive and Max got a kangaroo and apple bell

This book had such a huge impact on me, more than any other book I've read

We were late today because I fell asleep, but!

I got a little jar of creamy Brie with truffle and Max got a beef and mixed herb star

As you can see, Max was a very attentive treat guard

There is no Max because his mum is working outside and he is luxuriating out in the sunshine

Last night was high pain, but relaxing today has helped a lot

Max doesn't like waiting for a photo before treat. He knows he is supposed to do something, so keeps doing all his good boy tricks. It's difficult to get a good photo when he is trying to shake hands

I got a cute little pot of mustard, and Max got a kangaroo and apple bell.

Max has been outside a lot today and wasn't paying attention to the time. He went from happy pupper to serious business dog when I got the calendars down though

Max got another Turkey and cranberry tree, and I got biscuits 😁

We were late today because Michael, Dan, and I were playing a boardgame, but Max was waiting patiently.
