I haven't seen any news stories about this, but the number of measles cases in the current Canadian outbreak is now over 1000 – in a much smaller population that the US.
And yes, almost all among the unvaccinated.

I don't know how "rather" is interpreted in BE, but in AE I hear it as a mild deintensifier; "rather good" is less good than just "good".
