The fuck? “Cleanse”?! That is some messed up language. I’m super progressive - but like most people have some family members who identify themselves as Republican. I’m pissed off, but not down for “cleansing” anyone, let alone my misguided parents, ffs. I am sure many progressives are the same.

Though I do think it would help in the short term. It wouldn’t fix what needs fixing, but might stop some of the bleeding. Vance is awful, but he’s not well liked and doesn’t have the same following that Trump has. As a result, he wouldn’t be able to wield as much power and obedience.

I think that’s giving him too much credit. I’d more suspect that he’d be insisting that this is what he meant to happen because he cannot admit to anyone, including himself, that he fucked up. He’s really not bright, but has a HUGE ego that he protects at all costs.

It never gets old seeing the beautiful colors come alive underneath 100 years of grime, smoke, and aged linseed oil. Magically seeing what the artist intended for it to look like. This is just a portion of the painting, and it’s easy to see where we’ve cleaned. We have a long way to go with it yet.

Last Fall a mason bee laid her eggs in some round tubelike screw holes in my retractable hose in my greenhouse. Today they hatched <3 during the process, one of the bees was learning how to buzz.

Down in Philomath we now have cloud cover and some light breezes tickling the trees. The clouds look a little feisty, for sure!
