This final arc of Magi is a slog.

Reading Magi and the only thing I’m calling ass pull on is in 3yrs the world went from pirate ships and castles to planes, skyscrapers, and subway trains.

Dropping The Devil is a Part-Timer manga. I’ll wait for the anime.

Not into the multiple volumes of shonen backstory thing.

I’ve continued reading #DramaQueen because it the premise was dark and thought provoking but the story is going nowhere and we’re 29 chapters in. Plus all the characters are unlikable and stiff.

Magi is a pretty good shonen story but I’m not a fan of the manga’s art. White backgrounds, characters with the same face, similar designs and the art isn’t sharp enough to not get lost on who is who in the action panels.

This season has some of the strongest season 2s in awhile.

#MyDressUpDarling has me running to Crunchyroll every Saturday.

#callofthenight I was thinking of dropping after S1 but S2 is spectacular.

I like #MarriageToxin but we’re on chapter 133 with back to back villain of the week + small side quest.

Author needs a heavier arc soon.

The Kaiju No. 8 ending was very bland.

I would have liked Kafka and Mina to actually have a deep chat. His whole goal was to stand by her and that wasn’t really addressed.

Finished Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku.

Cute and fun series. Romance a little too slice of life ish for me but the characters were fun and I’ll miss them.

Shinobi Undercover is like a 6 out of 10 manga. Nothing unique or memorable but it is a amusing read every week

When anime like popular shonen are based in high school and have fan service I think of it more like how they cast 20 something’s for a show like Euphoria rather than take it as literal since it’s fiction.

I can respect people saying it’s a automatic no for them tho

I dropped the manga after a few chapters but Season 1 grew on me. Excited to see this one play out
