I've done my own research. I've learned that almost everyone driving a car that's been in an accident has vision between 20/40 and 20/20. We've known this for years, yet people with so called "good vision" are still allowed to drive. These people are dangerous and their licenses must be taken away.

Do you know the old saying that suggests when you become deficient in one of the senses, another improves to compensate? Well, I've found out that it's true? I now have a heightened sense of irony. (I was hoping for a better fashion sense, but I suppose you can't have everything.)

The US is like a Jenga tower mid-game. It's an imperfect but delicate balance built up over a long time. If you seriously mess around with it (like pouring $47 billion into construction concentration camps, or take health care & food away from millions) the whole thing could start toppling.

The narrative works and is coherent IF and only IF you actually watch the whole thing. If you only can look at the bottom half of, say, "La Gioconda" (and, yes, I'm desperately trying to be pedantic) you can hardly judge the beauty of the painting, nor Da Vinci's talent.
