The vaccines were administered after the births, though.🤷‍♀️They were part of *my* hospital discharge process.

I've been vaxxed for measles and mumps three times--at school in 1960s, and twice with the MMR combination after delivering babies. No idea if I'm vulnerable, because if I got the MMR after baby1, why did I need another just two years later with baby2? No one has ever answered that question for me.
