#breadsky Although I haven’t posted for a while, I have been busy baking. Here are three jalepeno/cheese sourdough boules I made for my husband’s birthday party. Earlier in the week I experimented with chorizo/cheese - that may become the new favourite.

Carl- I have an adapted recipe from bread ahead with a video on how to do the folds from a class I took if you are interested. I also followed their process for the starter which you can find in their website and on their YouTube channel.

How is this still happening, poverty does not equal neglect.

Until we know more about the survey - we won’t know how much weight to put on this. They cite percentages but aren’t clear on numbers (3000 adults - of which ?? were GenZ). They surveyed adults, so is that accurate on what 13-17 year olds think (the Gen Z population that aren’t adults).

Seems like you need a further study to see what effect these ‘other things’ have and if some ‘other things’ are better than others. I will help write the research plan :-)
