wow. So, even in the Switch 2 launch year, they still managed to sell about a million Switch 1 consoles? Is that right?

I know a lot of people think Switch beating PS2 is out of the question since the price increase...but I think people are underestimating how long Switch 1 is going to be around. I think it's going to be here for a veryyyyy long time.

I will say though...even if this isn't enough for you, the one bright side is that at least Nintendo is pricing differently on Switch 2 editions. Game by game basis. Rather than a flat Switch 2 Edition tax regardless of amount of content.

Not a fan of the pricing on Switch 2 Editions so far BUT....this one seems fine to me. $5 for everything you mentioned PLUS the hotel stuff seems substantial.

Pokemon is the only staple Nintendo franchise that didn’t get a huge glow up in the Switch era…it only got worse.

I’m so burned by this era of Pokemon..it pains me to say but it’s genuinely been really bad for the entire generation.
