I'm at least very thankful for timing of my schedule for work because it'd giving me like the perfect ability to let my muscles recover before ripping them apart again next shift

Also as someone who has had jobs where it was either normalized to work through your lunch or had 20 mins to shove food into my mouth, I don't know what to do with a 45 min lunch break
