One of my absolute favorite things to add to a smoothie is Organic PB Powder.
One serving is only 60 cals, 1.5g fat, 6g protein, and 1g fiber.
Non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 servings of PB powder, frozen banana, frozen strawbs soaked chia seeds, and a few handful of spinach. 10/10 way to start your day.

As a moisturizer, apply olive oil directly to skin after a shower, especially in areas prone to drynessβ€” elbows, knees, and feet.
For hair moisture care, massage into scalp and leave for a few hours or overnight to hydrate and reduce frizz.

For many of us, the temps are dropping and the air is dry. And even though the temps are dropping, sunscreen should still be worn daily.
Greeks use olive oil as a natural moisturizer and sunscreen alternative. It’s 100% natural with no mystery ingredients. And it WORKS. A little goes a long way.

Christmas cookie season is upon us. Substitute butter for avocado mash in your recipes! 1:1 ratio, doesn’t get easier. Avocado adds moisture without the heaviness of butter.

One of my favorite healthy food hack is buying my own chicken breast/thighs and grinding in a food processor for recipes.
It’s always cheaper than buying ground chicken and it’s one simple ingredient.
