I love how the US keeps trying to pass the same apocalyptic bill every few months and it threatens to screw over the entire Internet and all us non-US people can do is sit and hope it doesn't work out and they try again in a few months instead.

They told me they're getting a lot of complaints about this when I called, tried to push me to do an e-mail. Politely told them I would prefer to leave my complaint by phone and they took it. Easy. If you're calling Visa, hit 0 and lead by saying you'd like to file a complaint.
