I was reading through some old journals. I wrote this down.

Yes! I was reading that a lot of people with CPTSD experience this in healing. When you are used to chaos the calm feels abnormal.

I can see my own growth and healing and it’s STRANGE.

Anyone want to pay me to stay home, be cute, make art, and learn?

I could get so much done if I didn’t have to go to work 😭

I don’t share much about my odd family situation online. There’s honestly still a lot I don’t fully understand. From the age of 8 weeks to almost 4 years I was raised by my godfamily. My godmother passed when I was 10. My godbrother sent me some old videos today. She was my mom. I miss her so much.

I was hoping you could tell me and I would take notes 😅

I’m trying to figure out how to be a good adult and not be miserable.

I’ve got a lot of cheap or free records over the years. I now have about 400 full albums and singles. I sat down and went through them and I’ve only listened to about 75. I’m trying to listen to all of them before I buy more. Here’s what I listened to this week.

Spent the day off of my phone and in the garden.

It doesn’t look like much yet but there are 17 types of plants here!

I went to a neighborhood meeting tonight and took some notes. Feels good to hang out with neighbors IRL and help to improve my little corner. Also, the mayor spoke.
