The #Commanders had a good season (despite the #NFCChampionship loss). Maybe it's #DanQuinn & #BobbyWagner, but as a SEA kid, they were reminiscent of the #Seahawks ala 2010-2012 stretch . Young team culture, but so much promise. Big future soon for this team!

Not to pick a fight, but what's your understanding of that word? It's a "theory" of gravity, but who realistically thinks they're going to suddenly float off?

Theories are usually founded on facts, premises, and presumptions (but not random assumptions). They're reasonably educated determinations.

Which kind of implies that allowing construction of new luxury-housing would create more supply available at lower price-points as the wealthy migrate towards newer more expensive offerings.

Not trying to dispute you, just wondering what I overlooked reading that article. 3/

existing luxury-housing. Your article closes with:

"However, widespread inventory shortages and persistent demand for housing will likely keep home prices (and price-to-income ratios) historically high, an indication of the growing and persistent unaffordability potential homebuyers face." 2/

Can you help me understand your point?

The article you shared discusses price-to-income ratios increasing across the nation over the last several decades. But that is not really a rebuttal to the claim that new luxury-housing construction creates a downward pressure on the cost on currently 1/

Regardless of your politics, there are ~3M American sons and daughters serving and they rely on the wisdom of their leaders. With his track record on fidelity and in an age where foreign influence has been seen at state and city levels, can we trust his judgment with National Secrets?

Personally, I don't think POTUS should express favorability towards an alternative currency. It undermines the work of the US Govt to keep its position in the world, Civus Americanus, and all that.

Eh, faith isn't always irrational. Take US Govt and $. It is the reserve currency of the world over for a reason. It's the most powerful hegemony currently, and it will act in self-preservation. Having faith in that characterization of the US isn't irrational, it's quite logical. It is rational.

Oh, ok. That wasn't clear to me. Which case were you talking about?

Sure, some CryptoCoins are tied to a "good or service," but the underlying fundamentals don't really seem tied to it's evaluation, which makes it more of a speculative investment than a currency. (I know you can trade on futures in the currency mkt as well, but that's speculating not minting).

Eh, kinda. Fiat currencies, like the US$, also have the faith/credit of their Govn'ts, with a track record & fundamentals to support it. This dynamic is reflected in other currencies, which is seen in curr. exchange markets. Cryptos have a track record of ? underlying fundamentals other than faith.
