The level of Republican congressional ignorance is astounding. Not a single one of them who voted to confirm RFK Jr. as head of HHS is, IMO, upholding the oath of office they took, or (equally important) representing the constituents that elected them to be their representatives.

What a month this week has been.

Lemon, it's Tuesday.

This is a gentle reminder to relax your shoulders and unclench your jaw. Stay informed, but give yourself a break from the fire hose. You may not realize how intensely disregulating the constant stream of bad news and horror is until you do.

Those still having operational FB accounts: check who you're following (About->Following). I recently had to unfollow two accounts I had not followed previously, either by their given names, or their recently acquired offices (POTUS or VPOTUS). Shameful.

Well. That didn't take long. Only about 15 minutes active, and had to block someone. Hopefully it won't be a trend. 🙄

Was somewhat indifferent on my Twitter experience. Cancelled when it changed. Mastodon, nor Threads had any reasonable interactions. Hopefully here will be different.
