2025 was definitely a year. Divorce got finalized. I left my hometown for good with no loose ends to force me back unless it's my choice. And I start DBT therapy in December so I can go into 2026 making healthy moves. EMDR is on the to do list once I get adjusted to my therapist. Healing. Growing. 💜

I can't wait to get this tax return so I can finally get this divorce handled properly and close this chapter of my life.

My fiance made oxtails before he left. I made a cheesy sauce to go with it. Tonight I used the last of the leftover sauce and sautéed some chicken sausage, shrimp, peppers, and onions and threw it over pasta. It was delicious. #FoodThings #MayTaurus

I'm trying really hard to stay in my body but that means staying in my head and my consciousness doesn't wanna be there rn and fighting that battle of wills against my own self is so exhausting.
