48. On August 27, 2025, CBP arrested Petitioner in Carson, California. During his arrest, Petitioner sustained severe injuries to his leg and CBP transported him to UCLA-Harbor Medical Center in Carson, California where he was hospitalized as a “custody” of ICE. Petitioner remains in the custody of ICE at UCLA-Harbor Medical Center with private contractor guards posted inside his patient room at all times and controlling and limiting access to Petitioner by medical personnel, attorneys, and family members. 49. ICE has not placed Petitioner in removal proceedings or charged him with being in violation of immigration law. Upon information and belief, no warrant for Petitioner’s arrest has been issued.
The habeas petition for Byron Rovidio Marin (the guy held w/o charge in a hospital for 37 days after ICE broke his leg) has been unsealed.

Interesting: Just reviewed all the federal charges from Chicago in the last week.
Just a single one was at the ICE location at Broadview.
A bunch were charges by Kendzie.
They have not yet docketed the alleged Latin Kings charge pertaining to Greg Bovino.
Here’s what we know about the lynching Trey Reed:
1) he was hit on the back of the head, and had multiple contusions.
2) he was strangled manually and then hung from the tree
3) he had an altercation with 4 white students in defense of his sister, who had posted something about Charlie Kirk

I probably don’t agree with Charlie Kirk on a damn thing, but that doesn’t matter - he’s a husband and a father.
This is despicable and can’t become our new normal.
I condemn in the strongest possible terms the attack on Charlie Kirk this afternoon at Utah Valley University. As I have said in the past and as I will continue to say: Political violence is never acceptable. Ever.
The First Lady and I are praying for him and his family at this time.
The details surrounding the abhorrent shooting of Charlie Kirk remain unclear, but what is crystal clear is that political violence is a cancer.
This violence must have no safe harbor and must be condemned in all its forms and in all corners.
The attack on Charlie Kirk is horrifying.
Political violence has no place in this country and should never become the norm.
I’m sending my sympathies to his family and friends at this time.
Condemning another absolutely disgraceful act of gun violence. My thoughts & prayers are w/ Charlie Kirk & his family in this terrible moment & we are all grateful for first responders who immediately jumped into action.
We must categorically reject all violence in our society.
As we learn about the shooting of Charlie Kirk, we can issue platitudes saying things like violence is never the answer
But-to me-it’s this simple
If you abhor the unlawful political violence committed on January 6, you should condemn the shooting of Kirk as well-regardless of his policy positions
