Call your banks and ask them why you can't use your debit or credit card to purchase entertainment such as wow or ffxiv subscriptions, or TCG products. Threaten to switch to another bank and/or Amex/other cards if they don't fix it.

I think I've only touched two games ever that had a battle pass system and I promptly quit them both
One of them was PSO:NG and it's only because you have to complete the tutorial to access the better PSO2
