Our PhD student Kaja Madsen explores how changes in DNA packaging (chromatin) affect bone health and osteoporosis. Using cutting-edge tools like CRISPR and RNA-seq, she studies how the ISWI protein-complex impacts bone-forming cells, hopefully providing future therapeutic targets for osteoporosis π¦΄
