Sorry to hear, I know the feeling after having several EPR MRI turned down recently. The closed submission window is especially deflating. Then to add on its one less submission where cost sharing is waived. I know a lot of places (esp here) would not be able to submit without it

Between the proposed budget and Admin that seems to be the goal. The discussion of R1 vs R2 not having a big impact on campus would be tossed out the window

So stable until the next cycle (2028?). But with these being minimum requirements I'm sure the push will continue to be higher by the admin
