I'm close to finishing my first playthrough, but I'm stuck on a boss who is a real pain to fight. Ex 33 is truly a work of art in every aspect. It's easily become one of my top 5 RPGs of all time.

I haven't purchased this book yet, unfortunately. I did however pick up Secure Coding, and it's been a fantastic book. I'm looking forward to reading this one as well. 🙂

There's lots of cool things you can do with Miatas though. I'm a fan of Japanese cars in general. I'd love to get my hands on an FA24 WRX, maybe someday.

I don't do track stuff. My car is only around 250hp, but I like driving through forestry roads, rain and snow when I can. Does that count? 😅

I feel that. My older WRX eats premium gas too, partly because of the tune I put on it and my driving habits though to be fair.

I'm getting caught up on some projects I've been working on and a bunch of stupid things I purposely procrastinated on until I came home. 😅

Congrats! I just finished up act 2 last night. What a crazy and wonderful story they made for this game. Looking forward to seeing the rest of it.

I do wish I could get those parries down like you do. The extra damage from counters is so good.

I haven't struggled too bad with most fights so far, not saying it's been exactly easy though. Dodge seems to be more reliable for me than parry. I think loading up on mostly Vitality stat has saved me a lot too. And yes I'm very much enjoying the journey. 🙂

I just got done fighting in the Gestral village arena. I'm still blocking attacks with my face as I can't seem to quite get the parry timing down consistently though. Never could with Souls games either. ☠️

I didn't even know about this game until I came across one of your posts. Just started on it last night and now I'm hooked. I'm absolutely loving it so far. So, thanks for that. 🙂
