You’re already peak for being an artist, peak for actually putting time and effort into your creations.

they really need to make a deviantart alternative that captures the vibe of the early days and not this modern era they're in. like give me back the profile customization and the old green ui.

deviantart itself is guilty of this. They locked having custom profile skins and sections behind a paywall. Their new site update broke all of the codes ppl made to customize your page so now every page is boring and not as good as before.

also the profile customization. i will never forgive social media for taking away our ability to customize our profiles beyond just a bio and pfp.

im really missing late 2000s/early 2010s deviantart. i miss that sense of ppl being genuine and not caring if they are cringe, i miss the sense of community. nowadays everyone is scared of being cringe and so distant from each other

its wild how ppl in the government want to restrict ppl from seeing porn and how social media is not really nsfw friendly anymore but they allow for really suggestive ads and even some ads that are straight up nsfw. like what if a kid saw that. I'm not one to scream "what about the kids" but wtf

anyways i gotta figure out how to get an adblocker on mobile bc i hate all the ads yt gives me. It's always these fake tiktok influence style ads. Last night they gave me a fuckin bible app and im an atheist. one time they gave me an ad that showed a girl masturbating wtf.

i finally switched to firefox cuz chrome fuckin disabled ublock and now youtube is giving me ads fuck that shit. its a pain having to sign back into every site >.<

Of course, it was only a matter of time before Fritz started asking a few too many questions. i dont think oc's are meant to stay 100% the same, rather, they evolve & change with the creator. If anyone's struggling to take that lil step forward with redesigning a character, try it out. Even if you regret, at least it was something you did!
