Anyone else wonder why autistic rep is almost always unofficial/non-canon? Like Futaba (Persona 5), Dr. Brennan (Bones), and several characters from Bob's Burgers. It's obvious to us neurodivergents that a character is most likely autistic, but we'll never be told for sure.

My Gàidhlig phrase of the week:

"Bu toil leam uisge" - "I would like (a) water."

A simple phrase that can be used to order/request food or drink. "uisge" - "water" can be replaced with your request of choice. Note that Gàidhlig lacks the indefinite article (a/an).

What makes a female character a good, strong lead?

I was at a company holiday luncheon and was sitting there quiet and struggling while everyone else socialized and my friend/coworker was checking on me and asked if I was (in a kind way). Looked into it and, yeah, explained so much.

Buying an author's work is nice. Welcome, even. But telling them how much you enjoyed it, or leaving a kind review? That keeps an author going far more than the pittance they get from royalties.

I love that I can search up the d20PFSRD for pretty much anything and everything I need to run my campaign. All in one place, reasonably well organized, for free. Simply wonderful.

I've noticed I tend to be more eloquent in writing the more depressed or miserable I am. My writing is going to be amazing these next couple of years.
